Important Info for Impounded Vehicle Pickups

If your vehicle has been impounded by Bolton’s Towing Service in Winter Haven, FL, please review the information below to understand our payment policies, office hours, and release procedures. This guide will help ensure a smooth and respectful process when retrieving your vehicle.

  • What forms of payment are accepted for impounded vehicles?

    Payment must be made by cash or cashier’s check only.

    Debit and credit cards are not accepted for impound payments.

  • What are your office hours for vehicle release?

    • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • After-hours releases are available with a 30-minute notice before arrival.

  • Where can I find the fees for impounded vehicles?

    All fees are posted in each office for full transparency.

  • How are the impound fees and procedures determined?

    Fees follow Polk County Resolution No. 2019-060 and procedures are by Florida State Statutes 713.78 and 715.07.

  • What is expected of me when retrieving my vehicle?

    Respectful behavior is required at all times.

    Disrespectful conduct will result in involvement from local law enforcement.

  • Is the property monitored for safety?

    Yes. All vehicles and property are under video and audio surveillance at all times for the safety of staff and visitors.
